Delivery costs
International courier shipments
International packages are dispatched daily from Monday to Friday via DPD and are usually delivered - depending on the country of destination - within 3 to 5 working days. Order fulfillment time may be extended depending on the number of orders in our company. Shipping costs depend on the number of packages and are therefore calculated after the completion of the order. For prices, see the table below:

Domestic courier shipments
Packages are dispatched daily from Monday to Friday via DHL and are usually delivered within one workday. Shipping costs depend on the gross order value before discount in accordance with the table below:

- Standard package - maximum dimensions: 60 x 60 x 120 cm, maximum weight: 31 kg
- Non-standard package - length of the longest side: up to 200 cm, sum of the length of all sides: up to 300 cm, maximum weight: 31 kg
- COD shipments are subject to an extra COD service fee of € 1.51 (gross) for each started € 1,163
- All prices include VAT (23%)
- Shipping costs are credited to the invoice or receipt
- Free shipping applies only to shipments paid in advance or cash on delivery
In case of products that belong to a non-standard shipping group, shipment is done based on the non-standard shipment price list regardless of the package dimensions

International postal shipments
International postal shipments are dispatched only to countries in which are not functioning road courier.
The cost of postal shipments is charged according to the rates of Polish Post.
For shipments to Ukraine we also use service Ukraine Plus.
The total cost of shipping depends on the number and weight of packages, as well as the country of destination, therefore calculated after the completion of the order.
For all prices should be added due VAT.
Domestic postal shipments
Postal shipments are dispatched twice a week. Their delivery time is typically 2 to 7 workdays. Shipping costs depend on the number of packages and their weight and are therefore calculated after the completion of the order. For prices, see the table below:

- None of the dimensions of a parcel shall not exceed 1.50 meters, and the sum of the length and the greatest circumference measured in a different direction than the length of 3 meters

In case of products that belong to a non-standard shipping group, the only available shipment method is the non-standard courier shipment.

Personal pick-up
You can personally collect the ordered products free of charge every day during working hours. Orders can be picked up from our warehouse in Piorunów 13 near Błonie. Check the address and location map.
Before you visit us, please make sure that the order has been completed. Information on the status of your order is available directly on our website or by calling Customer Service.
Discount for personal pick up
For orders with a value from € 1,629 gross, which are collected personally, we offer an additional 1% discount. Offer applies only for domestic orders paid in advance or cash on delivery.
Collection goods by courier service ordered by the Customer
At the request of our Customers we prepare goods for collection by courier service ordered by the Customers. The cost of preparing each packages is in net price € 3.
Delivery by the Faktor vehicle fleet
Large orders are delivered directly to customers by our own means of transport according to individual arrangements.
Return costs
Customers who decide to make a complaint about or return a product that belongs to a non-standard shipping group must return it via a non-standard courier shipment that will ensure safe transportation.
Customers who are entitled to reimbursement of shipping costs in connection with the return or exchange of products will be refunded the value of the least expensive postal shipment or standard courier shipment, depending on which option is cheaper, in case of products that belong to a standard shipping group, and the least expensive non-standard courier shipment in case of products that belong to a non-standard shipping group.
